Quality Assurance Supervisor

This key position will manage the daily operations of the Column Manufacturing Quality Assurance department. Areas of responsibility include manufacturing operations, with a focus on process improvements and increased efficiency & productivity, people management, budgeting and strategic planning. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this position will serve on the management team and must be able to interact with all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have some college coursework, a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment and previous supervisory experience. A BS in Chemistry strongly preferred. Knowledge of quality improvement systems and chromatography experience are also preferred.
