Business Systems Manager

This strategic role ensures that our business processes and related infrastructure enable and support sustained growth of the business. The role will identify and communicate business needs, opportunities, and solutions to business problems by partnering with stakeholders to conduct strategic, financial, and/or operational analysis. Coordinate with system leaders and users to ensure consistent vision and execution of business systems. This position will play a key role as project manager to appropriately replace our ERP system and lead the effort to improve our current and future business practices accordingly. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or other related field or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology with at least 8 years of project management and business experience and experience with widely adopted hardware, applications, and systems including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and lab applications is also required. Candidates must also have a thorough working knowledge of SQL and Studio.net (C#) or demonstrated ability to gain familiarity quickly.
