A call to 1-800-356-1688 x 4 anytime between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will put you in contact with Restek’s expert Technical Service Team. After hours, calls are directed to voice mail and are answered promptly the next business day.

Who are the people at Restek Corporation who answer your technical service questions? At the center of our Technical Service Team is a Chromatographic Information Services group - the deceptively casual looking gentlemen in the graphic below - that includes specialists in a variety of chromatography-related fields. CIS members have an average of more than ten years of chromatography experience — and are equally proficient at mushroom growing, wine making, martial arts, competitive distance running, comic book collecting, and critiquing zombie movies. Complementing the CIS group, on a rotation, are more than 30 additional Technical Service personnel. These experts are chosen from among the most experienced of Restek Corporation’s 200-plus staff members: research and analytical chemists actively working in our chromatography laboratories, as well as a full spectrum of people with expertise in the peripheral areas supporting chromatography. This multitalented team, in our multilayered technical service structure, ensures quick and thorough “Plus 1” Technical Service each and every time you call.
