Did you know that Restek’s Technical Support group includes more than 64 individuals with extensive experience in chemistry, chromatography, engineering, and related fields? It’s true! This highly diverse group specializes in providing information about GC and HPLC columns, instrument accessories, applications, air products, performance coatings (including Silcosteel® and Siltek®), reference materials, sample preparation, and more. We have worked in clinical, environmental, food and flavor, forensic, petroleum, and pharmaceutical industries and collectively represent hundreds of years of hands-on chromatography experience.
Throughout Restek’s 21 years as a manufacturer and supplier of chromatography products, we have developed close working relationships with government agencies such as the US EPA, industrial authorities such as USP, AOAC International ASTM, and nearly all of the major GC and HPLC instrument manufacturers including Agilent, Perkin-Elmer, Shimadzu, Thermo, and Varian. We keep a finger on the pulse of the industry and share our knowledge and experience on a daily basis with customers who contact us for technical support.
