Sample PreparationThe experiment was carried out as follows:
- Oysters and paprika were extracted using QuEChERS methodology.
- dSPE cleanup was performed on oyster extracts.
- Cartridge cleanup was performed on paprika extracts.
- Oyster and paprika extracts were injected, interspersed with solvent standard, to monitor performance.
Notes1 m was trimmed from the column and the liner was changed during the course of the experiment.
