NotesThe sample solution was prepared by protein precipitation using Resprep PPT3 96-well plates (cat# 26489) and reservoir (cat# 26493). A 200 μL aliquot of fortified human plasma was mixed with 600 μL of acetonitrile by vortexing for 30 seconds at 2,000 rpm. The sample was filtered using a vacuum manifold. The filtrate was dried and reconstituted with 100 μL of water:methanol (95:5) and injected for analysis.
