NotesSample preparation method:
Aliquot 50 μL of plasma and add 200 μL of cold acetonitrile containing analytes. Vortex for 30 seconds and centrifuge for 10 minutes at 4200 rpm. Transfer 100 μL to vial and dry off solvent. Reconstitute with 100 μL of 0.1% acetic acid in water and vortex.
