A Journey from Water Samples to Human Plasma and Serum Finding Ultrashort-Chain and Alternative PFAS (C1 –C10) Simultaneously

Abstract
In previous presentations, we discussed ultrashort-chain PFAS method in various water matrices from drinking water, bottled water, and wastewater. Presence of newly found PFAS compounds are more likely to have an impact on the specific region, and not only the water source can be a concern but also human sample testing can be something we need to address spontaneously.

Following a brief review on the previous methodology on water samples, we will present how human plasma and serum analysis can be analyzed for a combination of ultrashort-chain and alternative PFAS with simplified sample preparation from C1–C10 including Gen-X, TFA, 11Cl-PF3OUdS, and many others.
