Job Summary

Restek is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to work across our Global offices. This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer in our corporate office in Bellefonte, PA. As the Senior Director of Marketing, you’ll have the freedom to push creative boundaries while collaborating with dynamic, talented teams to shape how we make a meaningful impact and connect with our audience.

We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead and inspire our multi-faceted marketing team. We are open to considering a remote role for the ideal candidate; however, this position would involve significant travel to maintain a collaborative work environment. Qualified candidates outside the US must have a current work status in one of our EMEA locations (Germany, France, Italy, or the UK).

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a digital marketing-focused role. Analytical or Chemistry field - 8 years.

Skills

  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proven track record in driving online traffic, improving search engine rankings, and managing paid search campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven marketing to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • In-depth knowledge of website optimization techniques for lead generation, CRO, and UX.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of digital marketers, creatives, and content specialists.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
