Revive in-line sample preparation (ILSP) combines automated sample cleanup with concurrent analysis, significantly speeding up LC-MS/MS multiresidue pesticide analysis. In this example, Revive ILSP is 1.5 hours faster than a traditional QuEChERS workflow for 14 spinach samples.

This LC-MS/MS method for pesticide residue analysis in spinach was developed using automated in-line sample preparation (ILSP). The workflow using Revive ILSP cartridges was faster and simpler than traditional extraction and cleanup techniques, and the overall performance was comparable or better.
